It smells like................alcohol, I guess. Is that bad? The taste....I don't know. Okay, dunno. Do you think it's bad? Overfermented? I certainly didn't add in any sugar, I know that's a no-no. Dang it, yet another batch for the compost? I h aven't ate it yet, fearing food poisoning. How hard can fermenting food be?
