I've lost 20 pounds today. I'm so excited. Changes that I've noticed thus far:
No pain in my knees, deeper sleep, I no longer feel the tightness in my chest when I walk up 3 flights of stairs. I feel physically great!!!!

Last night I thought I was a goner though, I went to have a colonic and about a hour later broke out in chill I felt so cold and it was nice outside. I was so cold that my teeth were chattering. Could not get warm, then I felt dehydrated, and then my stomach started hurting so bad. I was about to take myself to the hospital if my fever didn't break by this morning. My first thought was to eat some cooked food because I thought It would slow down the detox. Then I thought I thats not a good idea b/c that might have me in the hospital for real.

Well the fever finally broke this morning. And I feel like a million bucks.

Wishing Everyone a Rawsome DAy:D

I feel so happy, I still have a long way to go, but to actually see results make you feel so good inside and that moving foward and not looking back is paying off. I'm sure I'll have bumps and bruises along the way but I expect that. This forum has been my support system. I'm learning from the questions and responses from myself and others. I'm also learning about choices when I want to go back to my old way of eating, I start looking for other options that won't way me down.
