Alissa's Bean-less falafel

I just made this recipe and it is very yummy! I also dipped it in cynthia's raw ceaser dressing (which is in Alissa's book) Have any of you tried it and if so did you eat plain or dip in something or add to something else?

I found it a little dry. I would want to dip it in something next time!!
