Plantain chips

Are sweet, crunchy, and delicious.:) I sliced a couple of really ripe plantains put them in the dehydrator for about a day and a half. They came out really good, they retained their color and the flavor is intensified. They would be a great addition to a dessert...maybe with raw ice cream, or to sweeten a trail mix.

These sound good I will have to try them. I always thought they had to be cooked.
