Hey there,
This site is pretty cool. I've been living an extremely healthy lifestyle for over 10 years and I'm always looking at learning new things. I'm not 100% raw but definitely 100% organic and vegetarian. I'm 29 but look early 20's from some good years of healthy living. I've done several marathons, a half ironman, some weird backpack/adventure races, an ultar marathon, and do ashtanga. I've put myself through some other insanely strenuous deals and I believe I owe it to proper nutrition, meditation, and the inherent state of mind. I'm a kid at heart and firmly believe that it is critical to stay that way and not get caught up in a societal role. That being said I own real estate and such but the facade that the rest of the world operates under is a mask for the ugliness underneath. Staying pure and core forever is my purpose but the balance involved with living right and true and paying bills is tricky. Sorry for the rambling but the connection between nutrition, physical, mental, and spriritual is critical for me and my stress free life.

I'd love to learn some new recipes and hopefully meet some new like minded people. Great to be here!
Justin

Hi Justin. Surely there is nothing wrong with owning Real Estate. It is important to feel secure and to make plans so that you will not be a burden to anyone in later life. If you allow yourself to fall in to the poverty trap in later life you will not be in a position to dictate your own diet and it will be left to others to decide for you and that would be a disaster. Keep it up

Welcome Justin. Glad to have other men here! Have you decided to try 100% raw? You seem to have a very physcially active lifestyle. It would be interesting to see if you feel better all the way around. It may take a few weeks, but I have understood that detox from vegetarian is not as bad as us x-SAD folks. You will still detox from cooked food.

Again welcome! and let us know if you decide to try 100%.

Wow. After running (and walking some) one marathon, I respect anyone who can do more than one marathon...and even the other races your mentioned.

Welcome.
