Asparagus

I have some asparagus in my fridge, and I have no idea what to do with it! Are there any raw asparagus recipes you know of?? Thanks!!! :)

I chop it up with cherry tomatoes, red onions, and basil (either fresh or dried). Sprinke with sea salt. Marinate it in some olive oi. Sometimes I also add some vinegar. It usually tastes better if you marinate it for 24 hours or more.

you can put either jicama or cauliflower in the food processor to make "rice"
my favorite roll is nori with "rice," avocado, cucumber and asparagus.
