Hi
I just want to give an outstanding review and big thanks to melanie schecker.
I attended her Level One Live Chef Training from Alissa's program and it was really great. She was organized, insightful, highly professional and the food was of course amazing! I can not believe what she accomplished in just four hours. We made: 5 entrees and 3 desserts and a GS.
She shared her books, knowledge and home with us (and was super patient with all of our own personal input and gabbing)
If you ever have the opportunity to work with her or receive any of her training or services jump on it!
