What do you guys eat when you are hungry & bloated & nothing sounds good?

If I'm Hungry.......a piece of Fruit will work.

several drops of GSE and fasting even for one meal :)

GSE = Grapefruit Seed Extract

I will eat some juicy fruit or juice.
