Anyone here live near Yonkers?

I'll be visiting the end of March and I've been googling for hfs and restaurants, but hope to get some better input. I'll be staying at friends so I'm also looking for grocery stores with organic produce.

I have been to raw rest. in NYC....quintessence a must!!! Chef Dan is an amazing uncooker!! Pure Food and Wine..they have a side door thats dessert take out.Also Jubbs longevity is interesting,Bonobos,never been.Theres lots in NYC!!! Have a ball.

Thanks AG, your enthusiasm is so infectious!! I'm not concerned about NYC and hope to try Pure Food and Wine at least. I love this town to people watch and history watch and am looking forward to having a royal blast. :D

But Yonkers is not in the City and I want to be able to uncook at my friend's home.
