I'm exhausted... ALL THE TIME.

I can't sleep.

I'm stressed out from lack of employment, mounting debt, increasingly difficult college-courses, etc.

So it COULD be stress....

But I am PERPETUALLY DRAINED-FEELING... as in 24/7.... and I had a cut that didn't stop bleeding for 2 days.... am I possibly anemic?

Help me out here.

I need to know how to adjust my raw diet to get through this. :)

You should consider a blood test and qualified assessment from a hematologist. No one here can advise you without knowing what's been happening in your life for the past few years at least. Then there's family history.... etc.
Diagnostics is quite complex and the word 'detox' so often bandied about doesn't begin to explain much more than 'a phase'.
If you are not clotting very easily there might be some hemophilia creeping in. Hell if I know.
See a Dr.

- maybe iodine deficiency

- maybe omega deficiency

- www.seaveg.com a good source for kelps iodine

- grind up flax seed for omegas

- daily deep breathing for stress

- no one agrees with me but i speculate all the images being very quickly flashed out of the tv lead to stress and exhaustion . thusly maybe not using tv helps . its like all the images flashed out of the tv force ones mind to over work every day and it leads to exhaustion in some people

I don't disagree with you. I know that getting rid of the TV 8 years ago was the best thing we did!
Children that don't watch TV regularly have better grades, better imaginations, longer attention spans, and are less obese.
I think adults have similar effects, as well.

Yeah, TV is definitely no bueno but in answer to your ?, GW, yes, as a veteran anemic, it sounds quite probable that you have iron deficiency anemia. If you're too tired almost to walk up a flight of stairs, like that, there's a very good chance of it.
Floradix is good stuff and will fix you right up if that's the case.

You definitely need to see a doctor and get your blood checked to rule out things like Thyroid and Pernicious anemia. This is very important!

And seeing a Dr. can bring on more Stress if you now don't have medical insurance. Stress can bring on all sort of symptons. How deep is the cut?, you might need stiches. I Pray that ALL you needs are met and you release your stress. This situation with the economy will soon be over.

Green smoothies with DARK leafy greens and maby a little lemon juice to ad to the iron absorbtion. You will get vit. K from the dark leafy greens aswell, that will help on the blodcloting.
B12, B6 and folicacid combo, and vit. C will help with anemic.
But yes get some blod work done to be on the safe side :)

If you are not sleeping you could just be exhausted from that.

Also, if you are eating a lot of fat you might want to try significantly reducing your fat content and see if that helps. Fat can often slow people down. Some people are more sensitive to it than others.

Stress is also a major drain. Do you what you can to handle your stress. Exercising is a great stress release. Studies have proven that moderate regular is just as good at controlling anxiety as prescription medication.

I hope you feel better soon!

Blessings,

I'm taking an iron supplement. And I'm sleeping better now.... - I DO - believe I am anemic, but I'm pretty sure that YES... not sleeping is just making it far worse.
