I'm on day 4 of eating high raw. I woke up and I grabbed 1 dried apricot and 2 hazlenuts while I was putting them in thier tupperware this morning, and I had a large glass of pure water. But then I just wasn't hungry. Finally 11 rolled around, and figured I had better eat something even though I really didn't feel hungry. I made a smoothie with 1 banana, 1/2c almond milk, and about 1/2c frozen strawberries. I think I probably got about 10 ounces after my toddler shared with me. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c57/Lokismom/Smilies/lol.gif But now I feel sick to my stomach, and thinking I should have gone with the "I'm not hungry" feeling. I just don't want to crash this afternoon.
