View Full Version : Had a Moment

I was craving cooked food all of a sudden. In my mind I kept saying don't look back but the food at Whole Foods was looking good. I couldn't decide if I just wanted something cooked or just something sweet. I satisfied my craving with raw cashews and a handful of raisins, I felt like I was in heaven. I didn't want to overdue it on the nuts so I did a handful with the raisins (I don't know if that is a bad combination but that was the best I could do). I feel great. I'm so glad I didn't give in.

YAY! Way to go! Another great nature candy? Take a date - take out the pit and plop in a Brazil nut - You talk about a moment. Lawdy!!!!

Ah yes, the old nut/dried fruit combo!
Good on you!
Last night I had to get something quick, so I popped into a city supermarket that sold organic stuff and got some bananas and dates. Bite the banana, eat some of the date, LOVELY.

Mmm... last night it was dried aprocots and almonds for me. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c57/Lokismom/Smilies/lol.gif
It's amazing how fast food that used to sound gross tastes good to me. Why would I ever have gone and eaten a dried apricot when we have chocolate chip cookies? now the four products just seem to taste chalky to me.
