I have been eating 100% raw for 12 days now. Mostly just mono eating, very little food combining. Besides a couple of headaches ( which I belive were due to lack of water) I haven't had any unpleasant detox symptoms except diarreah (spelling?) which I figured was From all the fruits and veg. I am losing weight but I've been reading about all these detox symptoms that alot of others are having and I'm not having any. Anyone know why? Am I doing something wrong?

no you are not. detox is as detox does. plain and simple. your body may be detoxing so gently right now you aren't noticing it, or perhaps your connection to your body isn't that strong yet and you aren't feeling it. or... perhaps your body is gifting you a grace period. cherish this... detox will come... ;)
cause detox is as detox does. period.

My friend,an avid raw goody foody eater never really had detox at all(that she was aware of).
We are rarely aware of all the processes in our bodies and whats happening?
Wouldnt it be funny if all of our body processes made noises while it was working? Heart pumping, stomach gurgling ,food digesting and mixing and being broken down for use, veins pumping, and all the other sounds of our body....if they were all very loud for us to be aware.Might go crazy huh?
So raw heals cellularly at our deepest level. We heal mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually...whether we are aware or not.Thats cool.
When I went raw,all I felt was great.I had "the glow" of raw right away and felt super, even blissful most of the time.(bravo green smoothies).Because my body was so happy to finally have a food that lined up with what it wanted. It was rejoicing.
Then time passed and deepr cleansing came in the process of it all.Our body gives us what we can handle and as it can handle. If we duped everything the first week,we would be so very wiped out!
Best in your bliss.
