hello everybody,
I received a bag of Diamond brand in-shell mixed nuts for Christmas. I figured they probably were not raw. Just in case, I emailed the company and was informed that the nuts do not come into contact with heat of any sort. Does this mean the nuts are raw? I have been eating some of them at times. I tried sprouting the almonds and they seemed to get that little bulge at the end.
Anyway, does this mean they are raw or would they have been heated before being sent to Diamond company? Does anyone have any idea?
thanks!
