Substitute for butter or raw butter recipe?

I did try searching but wondering if anyone has seen a raw butter recipe. I've had this strange craving for it lately.

Awhile back I saw a recipe where you use coconut oil with salt and freeze it but wondering if there are any other ideas out there?
