I normally ate mostly raw for breakfast and lunch save for salad dressing. This week I am 100% raw and I eat a big salad at lunch and I am feeling light headed and icky. Like I'm sick but starving maybe.

I put romaine, red cabbage, shredded broccoli, shredded zuchini, cucumbers, broccoli sprouts, and tiny pieces of cauliflower and broccoli florets.
The dressing is kinda like watered down almond hummus.
Soaked almonds, olive oil, flax oil, garlic, lemon juice, water.

It's not that i'm bloated I just feel loopy and sick. I really don't think it is detox either as I ate mostly raw before this, just rice and cooked meat as well.

What other salads and dressings can I make? I'm really at a loss for dressing. I don't want to eat vinegar it turns my stomach.

You may be detoxing. Cooked meat and rice are very toxic.

Or something in that salad disagrees without and you need to avoid it. Could be the cucumbers. Find out what makes you sick and don't eat it. Not all foods are great for everyone. There are plenty of options . . .

My body has trouble digesting raw broccoli and broccoli sprouts. I can feel naseous after eating them, even ground up in a raw soup.
