View Full Version : Help I feel like a balloon!!!

Okay I know I don't look like a balloon but lately everytime after I eat I bloat! I'm not overeating. I eat til I'm satisfied. Lots of fruits/veggies & some avos & nuts. For example yesterday I was hungry & snacked on like 5 cherry tomatoes & like 1/4 red pepper & I bloated tons! I wasn't hungry for like an hour later.
Any suggestions on foods to eat that will decrease bloating or what I could do to help my digestion?
Anyone take probiotics? Are they raw?

The skin of tomatoes and peppers can be hard for some people to digest and can cause bloating. I can eat tomatoes in moderation but not red peppers at all.
Drink water. Drink a quart of water 30 minutes before every meal. Drink water when you first get up in the morning, and last thing before you go to bed at night (not enough to make you have to get up to pee).
You are just starting raw so you will need a ton of water as your body gets used to having lots of fiber and is flushing out old waste.

Watch your food combinations. Also consider colon cleansing.
