I checked the forum but I couldn't find a post with this topic, sorry if I missed it.
I already realised, that I need to drink less, because the fruits I eat have a lot of water inside, but what do YOU drink, if you are thirsty?
OK, normal water is the first choice, but sometimes I need something with taste and I do not always want to make a smoothie or extract fruits.
Do you buy ready juices in stores (organic and raw of course), drink tea milk fresh from the farmer or what?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I find that more often than not, water satisfies my thirst cravings. Then again, water has pretty much always been my beverage of choice.
#1 choice is definitely water. Great stuff. :)
Then I love my smoothies and fruit juices. Fresh from the blender is tops for optimal taste and nutrition.
When I don't want to clean or just want to have something on hand in anticipation of busy days, I blend and juice A LOT. It's actually quite fun, too. I use paint strainers for juicing. :p Juicing and smoothing ahead of time is a trade off for losing nutrition though. So I keep that in mind. Sometimes I freeze & defrost.
Gosh. Typing this is making me want someeee fresh OJ!!! :D

I drink Brita filtered water. If I'm really jonesing for something, I'll squeeze some orange juice and that satisfies my thirst.

I also drink water=)
You can make nut milks to drink alone, add to foods/tea or to make hot cocoa.
Lemonade or limeade is easier than juicing if you are looking for something quick.

Mostly I drink either plain water or water with sliced lemon, lime and/or orange in it. I have a big glass pitcher that I leave on the counter all day with the citrus slices in it and refill as needed.
If I can't seem to get enough liquids for some reason, have a headache or just want something different I crack open a young Thai coconut and drink that. They immediately quench my thirst, clear up headaches and rehydrate even better than plain water.

Mostly water for me as well.
If I want some flavor I'll juice a lemon to add to the water.
Special occasions I'll have OJ.
Raw virgin mojitos are nice in the summer.
Then there's of course green juice I make.
I also have tea in the winter, a plain organic herbal tea.
Sometimes I make grapefruit juice too...
Blended mango, watermelon with mint leaves is good in the summer too.
I almost always just have plain water or water with lemon.

my favorite drink to sip on is water with cucumber slices added. it's cool, refreshing, and hydrating :D
i also enjoy kombucha every now and then as an alternative beverage to water; it's very satisfying as well.

Aside from my green smoothies, water only.
Even when I ate more cooked food, it was still water only. Been a non-coffee, non-tea drinker, and no alcohol for many years.

young thai coconuts just can't be beat for re-hydration. Other than that, we drink water, sometimes adding lemon juice, or we juice fresh veggies and fruits. This summer try watermelon, strawberry and a touch of lime. Wow, that stuff is really great!
