Over the last few days I've spent hours reading about Primal Nature Play on RFT, watching all the videos on YouTube, reading from the beginning of Rocannon MacGregor's and Coach Tara's blogs and Googling for more. I think it's safe to say, I'm fascinated. I started doing a lot of the moves at home and have been making up some of my own with the indoor and outdoor features that I have available. I love this stuff!!!!!!!!!
As I'm reading the blogs I'm seeing a lot of movement names that I'm unfamiliar with. Things like Goose steps, Small Step Lunges, Incline Pushups, Dragon Twists, Flowing Toe Touch and the Dancing Shiva plus a bunch more. My question is, is there a place where I can look for a comprehensive list of the names and descriptions of the different primal moves that are discussed so frequently?
