Due to financial challenges I am not going to be able to continue to juice greens on a daily basis.

I am committing to juicing greens at least once a week....so I am wondering what the best OVERALL green to juice is...from a nutritional standpoint.

Thanks!

variety! Don't just pick one, mix it up. That way you'll get more balance.

you could also very cheaply grow wheat grass which is very nutricious

see if you can get some older stuff they're about to throw away for a cheaper price. not as healthy, but something. and perhaps you can ask a store if you can sweep or do something for an hour in exchange for some food. you might come far ahead with this deal.

have you considered growing it at home? this is what i'm doing with greens. takes awhile, but i have sprouts popping up right now. :) most will stay in pots.

i agree to mix it up. if affordable at the moment... i'd go with spirulina or something.

keep an eye out for sales. i see it often in major grocery stores having organic on sale and sometimes cheaper than pesticide stuff.

I agree with variety is best nutritionally, switch it up every week or every second week!

Are you able to grow any of your own? You can also Sprout which is reasonable.
