That was my Jerzeeee accent up there in case you missed it. Ok, I'm a newbie here so just wanted to kinda introduce myself. I hit the dreaded 40 and found myself thinking there has to be more to my life than this LOL Have always been into alternative health altho I feel it should be the standard and our so-called medical professionals should be OUT [I moved to eastcoast from Vegas after 16+ yrs to work at health and wellness center down the shore as a deep tissue and trigger point release CMT] but due to financial reasons turned to a different career...one I'm rethinking all the time, especially after my injury in Dec 2005 that resulted in several herniated disc both in my neck and back along with a horrible low back surgery. After almost 3 years I finally got to go back to work...Sadly because of in-activity and emo eating I had gained alot of weight which is terrible for me and my back. So the last job I was on really took a toll. I'm laid off now and trying to get myself mentally and physically ready for my next job coming up.
I'm Native American so I'm more the apple shape versus the pear shape...NA's tend to be more gut and no butt. That used to be my mantra "Lose the gut--Get a butt!! Rah, Rah Rah" Maybe it should have been RAW RAW RAW. Well, I'm here NOW and any help, info and encouragement will be greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance!
I'd like to think of myself as a masterpiece still in the making. I think if you squint your eyes when you look at me it helps :D I love to laugh it is the best medicine and I try to see the positive side to situations. I love animals and toy Pomeranians are my favorites. Some people say they are yappers or ankle biters, but both of mine have had theee best personalities. Such sweet spirits and they are highly intelligent.
I love riding my bike when weather permits and lately it has not. I go walking and sometimes when my rebounder isn't being used as a clothes rack I actually do some light bouncing on it. I'm really trying to make the raw food transition and I am about 80% so far. My husband is not but he eats mainly veg dishes. He is Bengali thus the bindi on my forehead in my pic hahha. Ok I'm starting to ramble which I tend to do, and I find myself writing the same way I talk, so anywhoooo----stop by, drop a line, I'll be here.
Thanks
