New from Colorado

Hi I'm new and figured I should introduce myself. I am a vegan trying to work my way into the raw lifestyle. I work as a chef in Colorado Springs and am looking for a raw culinary school. I'm going to be getting Alissa's book and working my way into going raw as soon as I can afford it lol. I really want to start using raw cooking at the restaurant I work at or find a restaurant that is into raw cuisine.

Welcome Jon.I lived in Colorado(Ned and Boulder) for 8 months.I left my heart there,have you see it.I loved it there.
Anyway welcome to the forum.Good way to make connections and maybe find a way to make raw your business as well.
We have a raw food cafe in Ct s well as many NYC rest. to eat at.They are fabulous.Of course Allisas in boston too.I have not been there but want to.Its far for me.She has classes there.High gourmet as in rest. quality teaching.

i live in colorado springs as well. i am also saving up for those raw food classes; there's only one person in colorado that is certified to teach alissa's classes, but she doesn't have anything coming up.
