Online here: http://ca.traditionalmedicinals.com/nhp/product/95

If you're near Toronto, check with 'Big Carrot' and if you're near either Burlington or Hamilton, try 'Goodness Me'. Never been to Whole Foods but maybe they carry it?

Thanks adiebabe. I just called Goodness Me (where I often shop) and they will call me back. As for Toronto, I'll have to check that out too. And it's kind of you to give me that site in Canada where they sell it.:)

I picked up 2 boxes of it yesterday in Hamilton and used it last night. It is fantastic and it worked this morning even before downing my salt water. Now I hope to get even cleaner inside! Yippee. This is my 12th day, if I remember correctly and I am feeling fabulous.:D

Awesome! Glad to hear it.

Goodness me has gotten much better over the past couple of years (watch expiry dates on packages though-they're bad for that!). I actually was able to get my sprouted buckwheat and raw carob, etc. there. The only things I wanted that they didn't have were raw cocao powder, Lucuma powder (supplier issue they said...but they're working on it) and Mesquite (the guy was baffled on that one...LOL!). I'm actually going to see if they have nutmylk bags today when I head up.

Upaya Naturals is an online store based in Toronto....they have a lot of products and if you're going to be in T.O, you can arrange for pick-up as well.

Thanks adiebabe. They have a great store. I've spent a small fortune there stocking up. But each time there are things I want to pick up and they don't have them. Yesterday it was Lacuma, Yacon and Raw Kelp Noodles and macadamias. They hadn't even heard of the noodles. Oh well. I've actually got the people at my local hfs here in Brantford to order the cacao powder for me. I also have the Mesquite and I think I got it at Goodness Me about a year ago. When I go to Toronto I will definitely look up those other places. I didn't realize one could get the buckwheat already sprouted. Have you ever bought their already grown wheatgrass and, if so, what do you think of it? That's wonderful.:)

I've actually purchased that at Walmart before, believe it or not. I think the organic stores have something similar too.

Smooth Move doesn't exist here so I just went simple....senna pods from the local herbalist. Simple and extremely effective.

Regarding Senna/ smooth move,
Ive used that before, but wondered if I was doing good for my body or not. I seemed to have been having problems all week with my tummy/colon-- was it in spite of or partially because of the tea? I wasn't fasting at the time, though. In fact, I was in Disney World for a week (UGH as far as the food went!!!) Could you tell me more about the tea's/herbs it's benefits and draw backs? Thanks!

Just now noticed your post. I am no expert on this. All I know is what I've read concerning this Master Cleanse by Stanley Burroughs (you can google it). I understand that the Smooth Move senna tea loosens the debris and mucus from the walls of one's colon. I really think you'll have to look it up. I still haven't done "links" so I'm not much help. I would never use this at any other time but only when on this cleanse. I've been doing it for 3 weeks and have been feeling energetic, have lost about 1/2 lb a day and am sleeping better than I have in 20 years. In a way I wish I could carry on with it indefinitely...but that is simply because it has been so long since I've felt so well. Sorry I can't tell you much more about it but I bet someone else will.
