does anyone know a tasty and crunchy substitute for brittle??
i love to put brittle on a fruit salad, but i don't dare to do now as i am not sure if it was heated or not ... is it ok to put it on or not??

brittle? Like peanut brittle or almond brittle candy? I am not sure what you mean.
A friend made a cacao type crunchy,sweet really thin wafer.I do not know the recipe yet I imagine that you could make any recipe with your desired ingredients...say your sweetener,maybe a little almond flour,vanilla,salt and blend well.Pour on teflex and drop your fave raw nuts on top and dehydrate forever.....haha.Thats how I would make brittle that I know brittle to be.There are raw peanuts too.yum.

If you add more honey or agave, it would be a lot like peanut brittle. Mine came out super crunchy :)

Honey or agave, which ever you use in your rawcipes...haha
