Well I just "loaded" mine. I have
cashews still "crisping"-pizza ones and chipotle.
Also beet and carrot chips Sliced and coated with hemp oil and c.salt.
Cauliflower "popcorn"--cauliflowerr in small pieces and coated with the cheezy Kale recipe coating posted here.
Oh and I have cheezy kale chips in there too.
So mine is so loaded(all nine trays I think)....so whats in your wallet,I mean dehydrator? Do tell.

i am just learning, but right now some yummy crackers i made up:
1/2 cup raw almond meal
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
3 Tbsp Agave syrup (adjust to taste)
3/4 to 1 cup fresh juiced OJ (give or take)
they take 24 hours on each side. yummy. my son dips them or drops on more agave. i like them plain. they have a nutty/orange flavor. i make some thick and some thin. i am only making those right now b/c we are going on a road trip and have to have legal snacks!!
the above soiunds GOOD. :)

woweeee...happy road trip.I am snowbound in CT but got a day off wooohooo so I am loading up on stuff. We always seem to make foodstuffs on snowed in days.
I have a habit of not waiting for the hours of dehy before I taste. Then one taste leads to more. I tasted the "popflower"-cauliflower popcorn...haha and it is so yummy. I might not need it crunchy.hahahahha .ok I will wait.
In the meantime I have yummy chopped salad waiting of beets and chopped greens with vinegar, pecan butter dressing..(and I have cacao yummies)...so I will wait for the snacks in dehy!!!!!
Be safe on your trip.Fun!!!
Oh and sounds like you are "learning" just fine.

Leftovers. :)
Corn Chips (leftover enchilada wraps)
Blueberry Roll ups - (leftover Blueberry pie)
Sweet Potato Roll ups - (leftover Sweet Potato pie)
I made these pies yesterday using recipes from Alissa's book. Even though they were delicious and I had cut the recipes in half, it was still more pie than I could eat. I put the leftover pies in the Vitamix with enough water to blend. They made some very tasty puddings which I ate for breakfast, then spread the leftover puddings out onto teflex sheets. Can hardly wait to try them. :)

Raw Mexi-Corn Chips!
I just 'invented' the recipe. It's a non-flax cracker, using chia, hemp, and sesame seed, with corn, red peppers, onion, and cilantro! :)
See the recipe on my blog! :)

I just loaded mine up for the first time in ages tonight. Right now I have a mushroom loaf, chick-un strips, potato chips and some baby tomatoes.
Tomorrow I'm planning to pick up some cauliflower to make popcorn, onions to make onion bread and some Ume Plum Vinegar to make bacon so that will all have to fit in there somewhere too. :D

I made something for dinner that kinda flopped, so I threw it in the VitaMix with a bunch of other stuff, and made cracker batter! :p [secret: if the batter tastes good, the crackers will, too]
I have yammy crackers and a few slices of marinated onion in there right now.

Today in my dehydrator is the most variety it has held so far: marinated mushrooms, marinated baby bokchoy, spiced eggplant slices, and pancakes. I plan on eating more fancy raw concoctions that next few days! :)
