Hy!
This was my second day of 100% raw and I LOVE it!
But I have a question: I didn`t quite get it how do I eat the noodles, the sprouts and the rice :D
I did order some books, but I`ll receive them in about 3 or 4 days.
Any help would be appreciated.

Typically when people are talking about "noodles or pasta" they are referring to veggies (zucchini, butternut squash, carrot, etc.) put through a spiral slicer to make strands like pasta. When they are referring to "rice" it is either soaked/sprouted or it is actually cauliflower put through a food processor until it is the size of rice. Sprouts - eat 'em raw :D.

Thanx a lot! :D I`ve heard about the spiraled zucchini thing, but I wasn`t sure.

Four months raw and I am still YET to actually have some raw pasta.

You can use a vegetable peeler to make raw pasta strips out of vegetables. I have only used zucchini to make lasagna noodles and for Alissa's Pad Thai dish, which is delicous btw.

I put sprouts in my green smoothies and soups or on top of salads.
