i have always used carrots as a base for my juice,my problem is i live in a cold state and the carrots i buy are usually old.they end up rubbery when you wash them off and scrub them prior to juicing them.does anyone know if i can order organic juicing carrots online that are fresh??? secondly my other idea is to just use apples and celery as a base and incorporate beets and peppers.and my greens would be and or parsley,kale,or dandelion greens.any feedback is appreciated
