Can alfalfa tabs be used as an effective substitute?

ive tried the alffy tabs and thought they were worthless powder .
im no expert though , just my opinion by taste .

what ive arrived at is powdered sea weeds , kelp and dulse , from
www.seaveg.com . kelps only about 8 per big 1 pound bag . the dulses i think like 15 per pound . but a pound bag is very big and lasts a long time . and at site they describe which ones are raw / sun dried .

I would say spirulina. They have a great detoxing effect as the Chlorella.

Nothing beats chlorella ! ! The only thing that comes close would be spirulina (or I believe you refer it to as "sea butt") hahahaha ....
If you don't like the taste of it but want to add it to your day try the pills (either swallow or chew them some say they taste good when chewed)
The powder is a lot more effective ya its sick but just do what I do, mix it with lemon water, plug your nose and jug it back :D ;)

Ha ha ha....I have never heard spirulina referred to as that! I put 1 tsp. of raw, organic spirulina in 1/4 cup of water and drink it down everyday! To me it tastes like garlic shrimp!

This just goes to show you how different each person's tastes are!

Okay, this was the closest thing I could find:

Trader Joes VERY GREEN Dietary Supplement
Ingredients: Alfalfa leaf juice, soy lechithin, barley grass juice, apple pectin, hawaiian spirulina, chlorella algae, royal jelly, wehat grass, bee pollen, carrot root, tomato fruit juice, acidophilus, beet foot, kept extract, milk thistle, bilberry, brean tean, ginkgo biloba, grapeseed.

This will have to do for the next week or so until I place my order online.

DOES THIS SOUND OK?

Is it okay to you? If so, then it is okay! I use a raw, organic green powder and raw, organic spirulina and they treat me wonderfully...;) I am sure the TJ's brand is not raw.

Why not just wait until you order and receive the raw green food you want and not waste money on a non-raw version?

Just my 2 cents...

Take care!
