i grow the seeds in cheap plastic dish pans with garden soil .
then at 4"/5" i cut off at soil about 150 blades ,
then i cut into one inch bits into a blender half full of water
and blend , then strain thru a fine metal mesh kitchen strainer .
you cut the blades up because if keep long theyll wap around
blade and bog down blender .
and you can also just take a bunch o grass and chew on it
like a wad of chewing tobacca then spit out the blades after
a while . this helps clean teeth also .

Hi Aleesha,
I dont have a vitamix but the smoothie looks great. I wonder if my blender could handle it. Its a good blender, but no vitamix from all I hear. So does that mean MRs way would not work with a (high) standard blender? If not I will just have to chew it.

He inspired me to never get a juicer ever again. I used to have one which sucked. I'm all about strainers now. It's so much fun, too. :D
Juicing manufacturers must despise the dude.
