I would like feedback onthis as I am getting conflicing information from raw food writers..
That is...don't eat fruits and vegatables together, another says this is okay.
Don't eat nuts/oil/avocado at the same time...eat very few nuts/mostly greens...
Don't drink water as it interferes with digestion....help!!

Again we say.listen to your body.I t will tell you right away usually. You will feel improper combining FOR YOU.Everyone is different. In the beginning,my experience was fruits and veggies didnt mix well. Now remember some veggies are really of the fruit family so check that out.
Try different things and see what YOUR body says.
Water dilutes digestive juices.usually it is recommended to drink 30 min before eating or 30 after. Its all ok.Its your journey.

Herbert Shelton wrote an excellent book on food combining. Do not drink water with meals. In fact, on a raw diet, there is no need to drink water at all. Never drink water unless you are thirsty.

personaly i feel mono eating is the best. and i think our bodies would agree basing on one fact... only when you eat one specfic raw item at a time and say it taste great...after so many bites it then starts to taste bad. this means your body has had enough food.
vs
if you food combine regardless is it's raw vegan or cooked foods... your body/taste buds is unable to do this therefore you likely will over eat.
to help answer your questions on food combinding... i'm a total novice and of no help really.

I agree about mono eating. Animals in a state of nature do not eat salads.
