Hi everyone,

I am just popping into introduce myself.

Today is the 1st March and the day I circled as my day for starting the raw diet. I have been experimenting with it for a while now and at some point those experimentation's led me to realise that this is a true lifestyle, certainly more than a means to an end result.

At age 54, I need a new lifestyle, I want to enter this next stage of my life and prove my belief that we don't have to age with illness or retire even if we don't want to. I am fairly fit, not as fit I can be, there is always room for improvement and I don't have any health concerns that I know of, but I want to enjoy the rest of my life and be as strong as I can. I am encouraged by reading testimonials from people who have recovered from some very distressing sickness through adopting the raw lifestyle. The body has wonderful healing energies.

I have been researching, experimenting, trying out recipes, basically restructuring my life and attitude to accommodate the changes this new lifestyle needs for me to succeed.

My experimentation continues, I recently took an IQ test, I am curious to see if I gain intelligence through eating live foods :o

Yes, I intend to have fun with this, it is a key part of my life journey. I truly believe that I have finally found a way of eating that will help me realise my goals.

Wishing everyone a wonderful day

Hey Faria, welcome to the site! :)
Don't think you need to gain any intelligence,-you sound really smart to me.

Enjoy your journey,
