Raw Goat Milk Cheese Recipe?

Hello - I have my own raw goat's milk and am looking for a good recipe to make truly raw goat's milk cheese. I have seen recipes where you heat the milk to 180-200 degrees, but I know it's possible to make the cheese truly raw. Does anyone have a recipe and instructions they would share?
