when the Master Cleanse has done a thorough enough job on your colon? I did this for 5 weeks once before fairly easily but this time is harder - likely because it is winter and I am freezing cold! I've read about one's tongue no longer being coated. Mine never seemed to be particularly coated in the beginning anyway. So - please pardon this graphic question - is the "butt pee" supposed to come to an end or something? :o

really, honestly... you don't. you just trust that it has.

coated tongue is a sign of detox. it will come during a fast and then leave... or it won't. some fasts my tongue is coated, other times it isn't. ;)

and as long as you are not taking in solids... you stools get very thin and fiberous (butt pee) and no that will not end till you eat solids again.

Thanks Aleesha for your comment. I just thought that if the stuff were still being eliminated (dirty watery stuff) then that must mean that I'm still er uh well - dirty inside!? Wouldn't the butt pee at least eventually come out perfectly clear? Just my thoughts. Anyway, I'm still drinking my lemonade one day at a time.:)

when you are cleansing your system you organs, blood and cells are releasing. where do you think it all leaves the body? yup... your bowels! (and urine and skin)
