what's a good way to detox fast and let the body rest from cooked food abuse besides juice feasting??? (just because i don't have a juicer at the moment):p

You can detox just by eating RAW. Your Body will detox at it own pace.

Do you have a blender? Even a crappy blender will allow you to juice pretty much anything!

Blend fruits and veg to a pulp (sometimes with some harder things you have to add a little water) then strain pulp through a muslin cloth or some other fine-ish net cloth.

As for foods that make you detox faster, the only thing I can think of is ginger. It's a really good food to get your metabolism kick started and sorting through all those toxins.

your body detoxifies itself in the long run but you can help, how???
By eating raw foods, yes, but concentrated ones like garlic, onion, raw cacao, truckload of kale and greens, red cayenne pepper...i am doing it right now and i assure you i am fucking SICK,during three days my eyes were red,my skin was purple like around the eyes...i was about to vomit the first day.
But i must admit that the best thing is to juice all this stuff, nothing come even close to juice because you control the amount of concentrated substances you want...it is awesome in my opinion.hope it wil help you.

Juice is the way.Water and lemon maybe if you have no juicer. You could get a blender for ten dollars at tag sale or on craigslist.Blend the greens maybe w apple or pear and water, then pour through a nut milk bag or even a fine strainer if thats all you have(I do this at work so I can have my juice!!!). I also take wheatgrass juice which is big detox and chlorella tablets.
Best way to detox really is as stated above, eat raw and living food and the body will detox at its own pace and level.Sometimes you cannot force it too much. Its always compared to the layer of an onion. They peel back layer after layer and will open and release(the stink ha ha) when your body is ready..and you prob will even cry.
Sounds like "are we there yet".You know,we all want to get there yesterday. With raw, enjoy the process sweety, and you will shed the toxins as you go yet enjoy it along the way.
I have seen folks really really sick needing to take drastic measures to rid quicker but it has to be supervised.
We who have years of accumulated unrecyclables in our bodies and are not really sick, can take it slow and easy.
I personally speed and slow my detox so I can handle it yet am continually moving toward greater health all the while.

Another way to speed up detox is make sure your eliminations are frequent. You can help it along with herbals, or eat certain fruits like papaya, prunes or watermelon. They are very good for moving the bowels. When the bowels are moving along well, the detox symptoms are greatly reduced. Another good fruit for helping detox is pineapple. The bromelain in it helps eat away built up waste. I always recommend this to people who are wanting to try eating raw so that they will have a better experience. Detox can be unpleasant! Daily movement helps too, since it stimulates the lymph. Hope this helps! :)

Exercising and sweating a lot are awesome ways to detox. I also like to soak for 12 minutes in and epsom salt bath. This also draws toxins from the body.

i was thinking the same. sweating really helps get toxins out. a sauna can help as well.

personaly i'd recommend a fine grain sea salt bath over an epsom salt bath to help remove toxins. salts have different healing energies vs another type.

1 pound of fine grain (not rock salt) sea salt
1 pound of baking soda
luke warm bath
*if you feel faintish..get out and try adding cooler water. if still happens it's best to give up if unable to tolerate a cold bath. also be extra careful if you have low blood pressure or on the lower side. luke warm is a must for this bath.

chlorella is good to remove toxins.

you can also meditate and imagine the toxins leaving. perhaps hire a healer. my healer is outstanding in removing toxins through auric feild. she's done it for me many times especialy with alcohol when i was drinking. i always feel like a million bucks when she works on me.

a dry fast is taking in nothing at all. no water, no juice no nothing. others will have a different opinion but i don't believe you should ever dry fast longer than one day and then the next morning drink 2 litres of water immediately upon waking to rehydrate your body. if you live in a dry climate... please don't dry fast.

water fasting - 2-4 litres of water if you like in a humid climate, if you live in a dry climate you'll want to drink more.

is it hot and dry or cold and dry cause if it's cold and dry you can use the same amounts as i mentioned above. it's hot and dry where you need to increase. ;)
