It's been over a week of raw for me so let me tell you my progress. Sadly it's only been a few days of 100% raw. Technically speaking I WAS eating raw for the whole week but now I came to the conclusions that the raw diet tolerates only plant food... I was eating raw eggs almost daily. :)
But now I'm 100% raw. I managed to add a little more variety to my diet. I'm eating mostly fruits and nuts but also seeds and the vegetables that I can find this time of the year.
I've heard that the detoxing process takes much more time than a week (months, even years?!) but I can say that I do feel a little different. First of all I feel cleaner on the inside, I can feel my skin softer. I also noticed 2 episodes of improved sleep, which is great since I sadly have insomnia. :( But everything that I feel is very mild in intensity so to speak... I guess the body really needs much more time for important changes to happen.
BTW, yesterday I felt a little weak and with a slight but visible lack of concentration. Is this a normal detox symptom? I'm worried about not eating sufficiently varied food.
I'll only continue my raw diet and see what will happen. :)
