Hello! I am trying to get my fruit and fiber intake up as well as slowly transitioning into raw foods but I was wondering about whole food juices. I really want to take some fresh organic fruits and throw them in the blender with lots of water to thin it out to a juice consistency. Does anyone else do this? Do you add a sweetener? I know this sounds like a smoothie but I only want to do one fruit at a time like apples or something.

i'm sure the fruit plus some water would work - plus that way you keep the water. it will be kinda thick, but yummy!

I don't have a juicer and I've been able to do up whole (in small pieces) carrots with no issues. For me, it was the base of soup. I did the carrots (with water!) first, then added the softer items (like onions, tomatoes, garlic, etc) after. Seems to work fine :D I'm sure you'd have no problem with apples, etc.

of course you can! IF you find it isn't sweet enough... add one or two dates (with pit removed)... that'll sweeten it nicely!
