So today i have no fruit in the house, which posed a bit of an issue, as I almost always eat fruit for breakfast. So I decided to juice the veggies that I had in the fridge, I juiced: 2 carrots, the remainder of a bunch of celery, a turnip, the rest of a bunch of cilantro, and a lemon. It actually tasted really good. Even my 2 yr old son enjoyed it. Since I'm in the mode of using up what I have until I can go to the store, I went ahead and used the pulp and made my first batch of dehydrated veggie burgers. I added sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chopped onion and spices to the pulp. I'll have to let you know how it tastes when it's done. I do know that the mix tasted GOOD. Hubby and sons don't know it yet, but they'll be eating RAW for dinner. Okay. Enough said.:D

The veggie burgers came out delicious. I just ate one with a huge slice of tomato on top of it, and a salad on the side. Yum-mee-mee, as my 2 yr old says.
