Help - Using timer on Good4U

Hello! I recently upgraded to a 10-tray Good4U dehydrator for the 6-tray timerless one, and I can't figure out how it works.
It didn't come with a manual, so I'm not sure what to do. I've turned it on, set the temperature, and left the timer at zero, but nothing happened. I then changed it to 12:00, but again, nothing happens.
Please advise! I have a few batches of things I was looking forward to making today!

Anyone familiar with the digital timer on the Good4U? I have some batches of things made up already and don't want them to spoil!
Any help appreciated!
