hi, i'm a 40 year old german wanting to change my eating habits for good and finally get rid of some useless pounds ... i've started going raw a few weeks ago, but was not at 100%, so i would like to change this now ... but to be honest, i'm really scared i will not make it and i wish i had someone in germany who shares the wish to go raw and is as scared as me ... :D
even though i have the book and the dvd's its still is kind of hard to find the right recepies and prepare them. i made a few things from the book already and i also tried out my own stuff ... but having a real tiny kitchen doesn't help being much creative
anyway, i'm glad i found this forum and i hope to get a bit of support and be able to give support as well.
y'all take good care of yourself and have a great day!!

Hey RawVeggie!
Take your time, don't sweat the small stuff (as they say!) and you'll do fine. I think everyone here will agree, it takes time to transition and most people go back and forth awhile before settling in with it all. It does get easier though...once you get the hang of it and you start to feel the results (incentive!!!) as well as see them.:)

Hello! Welcome!
Don't worry about your kitchen size. Mine is tiny too, but the oven is now a workspace/storage unit. You need less than you think.

Welcome!! I wish you the best of rawesome health!!
Welcome, Rawveggie -- Being raw can be overwhelming at first. The diet is so radically different from people's usual eating habits. But it gets easier, I promise. I've been raw for a month, and it's amazing how much more comfortable I feel now, in just 30 days. I also know how it is to feel isolated. I'm betting Germany has some raw-fooders around, and you'll eventually find them. In the meantime, you have a supportive group here. :)

Come on Raw Veggie, don't worry. You will do it. Du schaffst es.
Don't make the mistake to loose as much weight in a short period of time. You will see, loosing weight on raw goes really smooth and easy.
Look back at the course you had in January. It was great and you can a lot of recipe already.
I am sure I won't recognise you at the Rohvolution in Berlin end of march.
Let's play RAWK'n ROLL.
