Mexican Family Movie Night!

I am so super stoked. I'm having my family over for dinner. I am making them strawberry margaritas (no alcohol of course!), jalapeno tortillas, fresh salsa and guacamole, fajitas collard wraps with marinated veggies, rawfried beans, nacho cheeze, and sour cream. And for dessert I am making the white chocolate strawberry cheezecake in the recipe section.
Raw food is the best!! :D

I don't really have recipes for all of it.. but here is the gist of it:

Margaritas: Fresh apple juice, fresh lime juice, and frozen strawberries blended together with crushed ice.

Tortillas are from Raw Food Real World. I made the salsa with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, cilantro, green onion, squirt of agave, minced jalapenos, and cayenne.

Rawfried beans were soaked sunflower seeds, cumin, olive oil, nama shoyu.

Nacho cheeze is cashews, pine nuts, red peppers, lemon, nama shoyu and nutritional yeast

The guacamole is Alissa's! I love her guac. Just avos, tomatoes, and onion.

The fajita veggies are sweet peppers and zucchini marinating in Nama shoyu, olive oil, agave, and spicy spices!
