I saw one as well.
I was on a raw site (do not remember which one) and clicked on one of the links. I thought that it was just for making friends but then I saw a photo of a guy who was listed and it was a full frontal nude and it made me feel a bit uneasy. Do not know why I felt that way because he was just being natural but it seemed out of place.
I did not go there again but it is there out in cyberspace.

The only problem is whether or not these sites are popular enough...

If not enough people use it and there's not anyone in your area, it's not much use! I actually just signed up on one of the popular free sites a few days ago but I made a point of bringing up the nutrition/health thing first off...it's the last point I made as well. ("... I'd like someone who's either in the same mind set or at least, understands it and can 'work' with it... What fun would it be when I playfully take off at a sprint and you can't follow?")

Not sure where it'll get me...LOL!

Mmmnnn....you posted right after me, so I assume your asking me this? ;)

I went on Plenty of Fish. Been on before and did well....unfortunately, his schedule sucked (and still does!) and 'we' were coming in last place behind kids, job, kids activities, etc. Were still friends though. I know other people haven't had good experiences but honestly, I think all sites are the same that way. We people are good at muddling things up and annoying one another! LOL!

I chose a user name that indicates a health-conscious personality (at least I tried to :p) and again, mentioned raw and veganism right off the get-go....I'm hoping men will actually read that before responding!

Hmmnn....this one looks interesting...maybe I'll check it out too... Okay, or not:( (Checked it out) there were less than thirty 'matches' for me and only one I found interesting and a bunch of them ate a 'balanced diet' and one was 'almost vegetarian'! LOL!

I've heard of plentyoffish from guys! They say the girls on there are too picky. :p lol. hm... I haven't heard comments from girls.

For dating, I'm going the meetup route to meet more rawies or perhaps just doing everyday dating and letting them know I eat raw vegan.

I'll also tap all the vegan sites out there just for the support regardless if it gets me results. The growth has got to start somewhere. ;)

Edit: I was doing an online search and came across a fairly decent size site called www.veganpassions.com . So if you are vegan that seems like a reasonable site. Although the site is geared toward vegans not necessarily raw, I notice that several people there have listed themselves as raw vegan.

over the years I've occasionally communicated with guys on these sites (raw, vegan, spiritual, etc) and frankly they were always somehow kinda wacky....why is it that "unmainstream" people (read guys) can sometimes be so flaky?? Just my experience though....
