I have decided to live the raw food live style, because of all the good things I have heard. This site is very informative on getting started thanks to all. I will start on March the first.

Welcome! Alissa's book has loads of info. I was kinds lost without when I started not knowing to do or what to eat.... Now I have a pretty good grasp on things. I think we all learn something new each day. Good luck! ;)
