I was looking through my old recipes that I made when I was 16 . I was hoping that someone would like to try it and let me know if it is any good .I would love to write my own raw food book , but will have to appeal to everyone's tastes .
Chicken Stripes;)
2 c of almonds finely ground
2 lemons juiced
1/3 c of water
1/2 T of poultry seasoning
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of thyme ground
1 tsp of tarrogon ground
1 avacado
In a mixing bowl with a mixer, mix your lemon juice , water, and almond flour . Add your seasonings and the avacado . Blend well . Set aside .
Now place some tex-flex sheets on your dehydrator trays . Form stripes from the mixture above and place on the tex-flex sheets in the trays . Dehydrate at 110 degrees for 3-4 hours on both sides until they are between soft and hard . They should be ready to eat by now , dip in flaxseed gravy or veggie dipps
