I was wondering if honey added to tea will cause hunger in mid-fast? I guess its not really a water fast if drinking tea sometimes?

Also would lemon in water cause a hunger pang if no pulp is included?

lemon in water is not recommended on a water fast, neither is honey or tea.

but... your fast is your fast and you can make it whatever you desire.

so... on that note:

adding honey will not cause hunger. i know cause i add honey to my fasts.
lemon in water can assist with breaking up mucus and does not cause hunger either.
again... i do this while fasting.

:D
but... just because it's my experience doesn't mean it'll be your experience so be open and listen to your body.
