Okay, so question: Has anyone experienced a slight weight gain after going mostly or completely raw?

I was pretty thin to begin with 140lbs. - maybe wanting to lose 10 or 15 pounds. Then I went mostly raw and I have gained about 5 or 6 lbs. The weird thing is I look pretty much the same. Did I just convert fat to muscle and that's the weight gain? I'm not that concerned because of how good I feel compared to before, but I'm just curious. :rolleyes:

Not everyone loses weight on raw. I wanted to lose ten pounds by going raw, but I didn't. I am at a healthy weight for my body, however :) .
Maybe the 5 extra pounds is water, now that you are feeling so fine and hydrated from all of those juice fruits and veggies?
Also, it is totally normal for weight to fluctuate by 5 pounds.
