...can melon be eaten with melon?

I just had lunch which was watermelon and cantelope slices and I'm wondering if that was a no-no as far as food combining and if I can expect to feel some ill effects of this later or not. So far, I feel fine and very satisfied. But I was just wondering if you could eat various types of melons together.

I believe (from what I have read) that you can mix all kinds of melon but not watermelon. It should always be eaten on its own. That does not mean that it is going to make you feel bad. It just means that your system can not get all the goodness from it.

According to my exhaustive food combining chart, all kinds of melon can be eaten together, and only with other melon. Have fun!
