hi everyone!
i'm from BC canada, and i'm 27. working on going raw, but right now am doing a juice fast/cleanse. glad to be here...i hope to improve myself and be able to help others.
I can't wait for: vibrant health, mental clarity, and a positive attitude! i'm very excited about health, and i hope that the struggle isn't too much for me. I want to succeed!

in the past, I have struggled with sweets and sugar. I have terrible teeth. So many cavities, and that is the reason I'm going on this journey.

hey krissy! welcome! totally relate to the whole sweet tooth thing. i think that means we're deficient in something, can't remember what though lol. maybe somebody around here remembers/ knows. :-) i'm sure you'll succeed on your raw journey! you have the goods to do it because you are an amazing being living on this planet earth! welcome to the forums!
