Hello :)

My friend's birthday is coming up, and as a gift, I would like to mail her some sort of raw food snack. I was thinking of a cookie, or maybe even a raw bar? I'm not really sure yet. I'm looking for some suggestions on foods that will stay well if I ship them. I do plan on dehydrating whatever it is that I make, so that's not much of a problem. Has anyone shipped any raw foods before? Is it as simple as shipping anything else? I'm also looking for recipes, if you'd like to post them or message them to me. :o I'd love to know if anyone knows of an icing recipe too, or maybe even one for sprinkles. I'd love to decorate whatever I do end up making. :) I'm using the search feature on here now, too.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. ♥

I had to look up what a lara bar was, lol. I was a tad bit confused with the liar statement. I see why you said that now. I might end up making some sort of raw bar, though I really wanted to do something special.

Do you think these would go bad before reaching her?:

I'm sorry to ask so many questions.

Thank you for your response by the way. :)

I ship flax crackers to my mum, she loves them!

But some kind of dehydrated cookie might be a good idea.

Ohh, crackers. Perhaps I could find a desert-y type of cracker.

Thank you for that idea. :) I've seen tons of cracker recipes but my mind didn't seem to register that they would be perfect to ship. :p
