Hello,
I am very new to this board, but not so new to raw, i have been raw vegan now for about a year, and it seems to be the right track, and i really have no problems keeping on track...basically i just was wondering if anyone has ever had any experience with the liver/gallbladder flushing type stuff i read so much about all over the internet and in natural health books..i have done colonics and those are good in moderation, but now want to try the liver flushing..i feel i know just about all there is to know about it because i have been studying it for almost a year, but just have never tried it...anyone got any stories or testimonies?
