I haven't been to this site since 8/31/2005

I was shocked to see when I logged on that I had not visited the site since 8/31/2005. Where has the time gone!! As with most of you so much has happened to me in those 3+ years. Unfortunately, I am at my highest weight and at my most unhealthy physical and emotional state. My decision to try raw back years ago was to feel better and lose some weight. This time I HAVE to succeed -for myself -for my marriage and for my wonderful children who worry about me.

I will be 53 on March 17 and aim to be healthier even by then!

I had just had my first month raw when you stopped dropping in. I have stuck with it since and you can too.
I am 57 and feel wonderful. Do the 30 day challenge and see how you feel.

This is so great - maybe just make a pledge to yourself to stay raw until (and on) your birthday - that will be your bday gift to yourself. 'cos you know you're going to be feeling your best on that day if you're raw up until then, right? :D
